EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY 

You are welcome to return your items within 5 days of the delivery date for domestic and international orders. Store credit and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the receipt. Please note that all custom orders, sale items, prints or originals are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

We do not have a warranty on our products however, we stand by the quality of all items sold online. Please dana-marie@dana-mariebarrios.com for further information regarding damaged/faulty items

 

All returned/exchanged items must be in reasonable condition having not been WORN, ALTERED, or DAMAGED. All tags must be attached in and original packing must be intact.

 

NOTE: Shipping, handling and customs charged are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for returns. Please look to TERMS AND CONDITIONS page for more detailed information.
